Business Outlook
Pros
The health benefits, PTO and flexible schedule were very good. Everyone that works there for the most part is very nice. I do believe the CEO (Michael Hanson) is clear with his messaging and overall a great leader.
Cons
Unfortunately, the higher education publishing industry as a whole is dying slowly. I understand there are casualties, but I watched as a lot of great people were let go. I'm sure it happens everywhere, but there were also a lot of politics being played as well by Managers. Pay was fair, but on the lower end.
