      Pros

      If you are looking for a caustic, abhorrent work environment, this is your place!

      Cons

      CL claims that developing a positive corporate culture is at the core of their mission. In actuality, they could care less about who you are as a person. And as for your personal track record of success? It's pretty much worthless when it comes to their (ongoing) restructures and reorgs.

      Pros

      Descent amount of variety in things to do and working with teams could add new skills. The focus on making things better for students and instructors is great.

      Cons

      Seems very unstable and nobody's job is secure. I know of many people looking elsewhere because they are afraid they will lose their job, which could happen at any time. Departments that don't bring in the revenue seem to be left out of a lot of things.

      Pros

      Good people, many of whom are passionate about education and improving outcomes. Friendly and non-competitive sales environment. Flexible schedules and work-life balance. Improving digital offerings.

      Cons

      Attaining bonuses is difficult under ideal circumstances. Accurate reporting is a constant problem and the hard work of getting commitments to use products can be undermined by multiple sales channels that may or may not be credited to the rep. The best people in day to day effort and metrics can be threatened with negative performance reviews while still being handed threshold incentive checks. Make sure you find the base pay acceptable and do not assume there is any loyalty or investment in your success from senior management.
