Good place to learn by doing

Pros

Good for a first job but then you'll probably need to move on if you're ambitious as little prospect of getting genuine management experience

Cons

Minimal management interest in what you do day to day (yes, that may also be a pro but ...) High staff turnover (whole company not just regionally) and lack of clear direction from the top

Pros

This company knows how and where to cut costs. They spend time to understand shifts in end user markets and do their best to streamline processes including e-learning to faciliate lower prices. Mulitple levels of personnel are included in their decisions.

Cons

Their intergration, IMS and web based abilities are outsourced and or out of the hands of high degrees of competency. They seem to have recognized this as a weakness and are beginning to turn things around.
