Senior Exec team are ruthless. Chief Exec likes to talk about the companies credo and ethics but they are constantly laying off long serving and excellent staff. Current programme ongoing to lay off editorial and production staff and replace with workers in India. They are also developing their own AI so I would suspect that will be used to justify further cuts.

This review pertains solely to the "Gale" part of the Cengage Group. Management at Gale was solely concerned with management at Gale and NOT the workers at the company. When they made too much money, they were discarded and not replaced to make the bottom line look better so that management could claim some sort of superiority over previous management in their ability to run the company.
