Rapid change for the worst for the sales team

Nice people in the company and location is nice

Cons

Orders are given to the sales team about changes in their targets with no warning, role is never the same as what you were sold on and work load has tripled with no salary consideration

Lovely team, good flexible working options, nice office and decent benefits, OK communication from snr mgmt

Cons

Low salaries, few opportunities for career growth, bad socials, confusion around direction of company, lacklustre CEO and some recent bad decisions around IT systems. Company is a worse environment to work in than it was 5 years ago despite (or because of) expansion. Would be worried about potential restructuring down the line as the business tries to figure out its role in the current climate

Sociable, nice office, some good policies - half day in the summer on Fridays, bonus packages, team incentives

Cons

Unfortunately a very toxic environment to be in, high turnover of staff, quite inflexible and management are poorly equipped. Salaries are low and is a consistent issue that is not listened to by senior leadership
