Cons
There is an evident lack of training from the manager. Often times, there's a need to rely on a different regional team when it could be localized. Staff are often non well-equipped post-onboarding hence rendering HK regional office inferior and subservient. Despite being the biggest team in the region, overall revenue and quantitative results are poor. In spite of the inadequate management and leadership skills, the team kept growing and promotion is handed within a year with no clear achievements.
