Led by a self confessed micro-manager, who could not stand any differences to his opinions which led to a frustrating work environment. It also did not help that our line-manger was often unavailable during the first couple of hours each day, he never communicated the reasons why he was unavailable during these key working hours Constant lack of communication in our team Made to feel that raising any concerns were completely your fault and comparisons of other team members were made to make you feel like you were causing trouble Repetitive role, with creative elements taken away No training opportunities available Confusing information and handling of redundancy period, was made to feel like it was my issue when I raised concerns about this stressful period
