Very helpful colleagues with a genuine interest in law, business and research. Person-centred management style. Good and increasing level of communication from management and of DEI / CSR type initiatives. Overall, definitely a "family feel," provided you are prepared to offer commitment, at least in the areas on which I can offer insight.

Cons

Nothing major and in any case I prefer to discuss these internally.

Travel even at trainee level with team members which can be fun and rewarding. Lots of opportunities to progress due to successful and innovative product launches. Tailored training in cohorts across the business and working with interesting, smart and ambitious people - both employees and clients.

Cons

Pace of growth leads to an overwhelming workload at times so helps if you have a supportive manager.
