Pros

LBR is a good place to build your career for writers or anyone who wants to work in content. The content is niche of course, but really high-level, so you get good experience covering a range of business, financial, and legislative matters at their most complex. In non pandemic times, travelling lots is a great perk too.

Cons

It is busy, with lots going on, and can be too busy sometimes.

Fast growing organisation with lots of opportunities opening up all the time. Market leading products with good brand recognition. People are really nice and very sociable.

Cons

Fast moving, so the pace of things can be high and plenty of deadlines/targets to hit!

The people across all departments are really positive and will always help a colleague. This makes all the difference when there is so much to do. Although based in London, our clients and our outlook is global - this really expands horizons and has given many of the team the opportunity to travel (when safe) and build client relationships across the world.

Cons

There is a focus on growth - which means the whole team works hard to achieve that goal - not just in sales but in content and all support functions.
