Pros
The company cultivates a fun, informal work culture. No dress code as such. Although there is a hierarchy as in all companies, new innovative ideas on campaigns, projects and other things are welcomed. You get to see your idea becoming a business proposition which is pretty cool. Travel is also included when there is a business case for business development professionals, booking overseas meetings with clients and developing relationships globally across the company's brands.
Cons
Lack of transparency on promotional guidelines. There is an emphasis on high sales targets which are not always feasible, causing a lot of pressure on the BD and sales reps. Bonuses are not always distributed equally to non-sales staff members.
