This company in general has a high concentration of nepotism as well as a lack in creativity to find qualified individuals. The company stopped testing possible recruits and began using temp agencies rather than recruiting at college campuses and other places where “professionally minded” people may be more likely to be found. This has definitely caused a dip in the morale then flight, of tenured staff, due to the change in environment.
