      Pros

      Good place to work. Lots of change / reorg within IT space currently. Hopefully will improve efficiency withing the org. Feel supported by immediate manager.

      Cons

      Still trying to catch up with use of IT tools. Using lots of spreadsheets for data capture and reporting instead of shared apps. Using ServiceNow as a mandatory project task tracking and time billing tool, which is painful.

      Not many cons at all. Great company. None are perfect. This would be a solid choice.

      PMO that doesn't utilize Project Management tools Leaders not flexible with allowing remote work until forced to with COVID
