Terrible management, no training for new employees, micro management, poor communication, no organization or coordination between departments. The entire company is so disjointed, they have many conflicting policies. It’s completely unorganized and chaotic. They are known to be poor payers, providers know they won’t get paid on time, members are always getting screwed over because of how horribly run the health plan is. Could be great, it’s a shame they can’t get it together. Instead of being proactive about problems, they just create fires then run around putting them out.

Management does not act appropriate. Management did not take bullying seriously and even joined in. When attempting to reach Human Resources and above to report it, it was swept under the rug and middle management protected the culprit, despite losing multiple employees who worked hard. They did not protect the bystander whistleblower as well.
