CEI values everyone

Pros

In my at time at CEI Iv found more happiness, stability, support, and upward mobility opportunities than ever before. CEI is a supporter of YOU from day one, and they encourage positive growth and change among all employees and participants. Even though each center is unique in its look and personality, they all believe in the same “treat you like family” culture. From my experience encouragement, patience, and support for everyone is a leadership style that has to start at the top, Linda Trowbridge and the rest of our leadership team are among the best because they train you well enough to leave but they treat you well enough to not want to. I feel valued, empowered, and respected by everyone here and I am grateful to be a part of this team.

Cons

There are no cons and they’ve earned that.

A Sad Place to Work

Pros

The participants, many of the employees, and the PACE model for care.

Cons

Poor communication from leadership. Leadership is focused on growth, yet spends a lot of money on beautification and increasing the number of sites. Getting equipment for clinics takes an act of Congress practically. Existing sites are in disarray, while efforts go to enlarging services in distant regions. Transportation is a continual nightmare.
