Pros

The people working at CEI are dedicated and hardworking. I do not work on the clinical side, however, the coordinated care is amazing. The clinicians, occupational therapists, social workers all make such a difference caring for the senior community. Their commitment to excellence does not go unnoticed. Employees are treated with respect, the benefit package is very good. Employee appreciation events have been well received by employees and leadership stakes the time to personally thank us. A variety of training classes are now offered such as Communication Skills, Facilitation, Emotional Intelligence to name a few. Senior Management is approachable and positive.

Cons

I don't have any issues with the company, their management or Mission and Vision.

Pros

Most of the people working here are completely dedicated to CEI's mission helping the low income, frail elderly living independently as long as possible. I am continually inspired by my colleagues, and moved by the high level of concern and professionalism--translating into excellent care for our participants.

Cons

CEI is top-down, hierarchical. There needs to be more open communication between upper management and the people who provide direct care to our participants.
