Many of the employees I work with are wonderful people to work with. I feel supported.

Cons

Some departments are understaffed. That means less efficiency, but I think the company works hard to have a plan to mitigate those setbacks.

Coworkers, direct supervisors, center directors are all wonderful. Team members support each other and care about each other. Lots of vacation time. Wonderful clients

Cons

The CEO, VPs, and senior management in the corporate offices do not listen to the complaints of employees working directly with clients.
