Everyone working from supervisor level down is Great and we all support each other through all the downs. No weekends- flex.... Bonuses are great too Finally, after years of asking, WE got free parking

Management- doesn't care about anyone except themselves Pay- they don't pay us enough but pay themselves hearty wages and salaries. Most of us are struggling to eat and pay bills and HAVE to work 2 or 3 jobs. Culture- Everyone (hourly), so all actual workers seem unhappy Growth- there is NONE as Poor communication – lack of clarity, mixed messages, or unresponsive management. Toxic work environment – favoritism, discrimination, NEOPITISIM or bullying. Job insecurity – they fire tenure employees to hire their sons Lack of recognition – hard work goes unnoticed or unappreciated. Limited autonomy – little control over how or when work gets done. High stress levels – heavy workloads or unrealistic deadlines. Burnout – constant pressure without enough support or rest. Low morale – uninspiring leadership or lack of purpose. Feeling undervalued – contributions not acknowledged or respected. anyone
