      Good Benefits around the Bay Area .

      Cons

      Employees frequently ignore the chain of command , this is affecting the morale of the leads, may feel that they aren't respected by their subordinates or the rest of the staff. Many of the directors allow many absences , tardiness, misbehavior to the staff and there are any consequence . And because of this , a pessimistic culture of disrespect and bad attitudes has been created where everyone is doing whatever they want .

It's rewarding to help people and their families, especially during trying times like we're going through. CEI employees look forward to building bridges in the communities around the Bay Area.
