Pros

Enjoyed working in a interdisciplinary environment. Felt like I was making an impact in participants lives.

Cons

Management and Leadership seemed to lost its way. Always putting out fires instead of investing in staff and working on preventative interventions. Not enough staffing resources. High turn-over.

Pros

The patients are so wonderful! The reason I stay. I also love my immediate coworkers. The work feels important and

Cons

The issue is upper management. They pay themselves huge salaries but let patient care suffer due to "lack of funding" although the company always makes a yearly profit.
