•lack of formal process; if you have an issue relating to something with the company like your benefits or pay there’s not a designated HR rep for someone to go to •constant changes with benefits; hard to establish doctors and plan what medical procedures you’ll do when plans and coverages seem to change each year •not feeling valued; no bonus system in place or any other reinforcement system for going above and beyond the job description but still expecting those employees who are always willing to take a little extra on to just do it without additional compensation leading to employees feeling taken advantage of •pay; paying other regions that are lower cost of living more and not realigning pay scales so those with more education and relevant work experience receive increases resulting in those who have more experience in the field and/or with the company are making less than new hires in other regions
