Pros

They do a really great job in providing ample opportunities to connect with one another in fun ways, which is a tough feat being an all-remote company. The employee resource group programming is also really beneficial to anyone looking to learn about DEIB or engage in supporting staff with different abilities. The benefits package was also robust and I was never denied anything I needed.

Cons

Immature, uneducated, and toxic executive leaders are the opposite of their professed values and undermine the positive programming mentioned above. It is the most psychologically unsafe environment I have ever worked in, and many of us tried to speak up or influence change. Executives are more committed to maintaining power than anything else, and they have one another's backs rather than their staff. Somehow, everyone at the top is a martyr. The stress from this place made me so incredibly sick and mentally unwell because leaders don't understand what it takes to get work done. Executives often don't listen to their team to learn, either and just want yes people willing to work overtime to meet their demands. I worked many weekends due to inhumane work demands from psychotic leaders who change their mind too often, don't know what they want, and don't trust the people they hired. As the old adage goes, crap rolls downhill, and they sure do crap a lot up at the top. Additionally, there was no room to grow professionally. Whenever there's an opening, they seem to prefer to hire outside candidates. If you are an individual contributor and that's all you want to be, then it probably won't bother you as much.
