Cons

Company transitioned hrough many changes in leadership in a short amount of time. Management was not qualified in experience or educational background for leadership roles however still promoted to such.

Good benefits, if you're full time, it's normally 9 to 5.

Cons

Very political. CYA mentality, everything revolves around passing the blame or putting a band aid on a bullet hole. Very poor leadership, management doesn't know what they're doing or even understand what their direct reports do. If you're a temporary employee, be prepared to be overworked and underpaid.
