Not a good company to work for - for many reasons

Pros

At first, CenterLight seemed like THE company to work for. Upper management would make it seem like they valued all employees and their well being- but that quickly changed.

Cons

Excessive work load with no compensation. Lack of communication between upper management and departments. Quick employee burn out. Many changes at a fast pace without properly informing employees. Human resource department does not help much at all.
