They tend to overload employees by continuously adding and adding tasks, without demonstrating any appreciation. Place full of incompetent people (including management who got their position through nepotism), This place if full of people who: a) don't want to be there b) hooked on money / union benefits c) hopelessly lazy Only few dedicated, knowledgeable, highly competent that eventually leave for better positions at other companies. Corporate culture is non-transparent, you learn about big companies decision post factum, with no reasons or any additional details.
