Becoming family to seniors and the frail elderly who otherwise would have no family at all gives you joy that you're able to contribute to their lives.

Cons

The working bees in the PACE and ACS sites are not given the necessary tools to get the job done and are overlooked.

you get 1 hour lunch break. It usually is a 9-5 job. For perm employees you work only 35 hrs

Cons

- if you are powerful and know what you are doing chances are your voice will be ignored - too much politics for a small org
