My co-workers got me through each day.
Cons
No room for advancement, management is either not competent or just don't care. I felt like I was trapped and eventually that took a toll on me mentally. The customer service department is being treated like Cinderella vs Stepmother. There is no clear career path. I asked management and HR and no one has answers. This place brought out the worst in me. I no longer wish to work in customer service because this company sucked everything out of me.
