Job stability. Excellent learning opportunities. Kindness and respect shown to staff. Great enthusiasm among employees. Love the challenges and opportunities provided to prove yourselves on the job. Flexible work schedules a great plus.

Cons

Not too many benefits as an intern. The pay is just ok when compared to other industries. But overall, a fairly good place.

People are very nice in your face. Job is not pressing. Relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Not many bright engineers. Good ole boys promote within themselves. Politically drive instead of performance driven. Many company changes, but not much organization.

Getting ahead=relocation, period

Pros

Salary was okay. Received relocation bonus of $2500. Used that for expense money for the first 30 days on the job.

Cons

Company demanded relocation to Midland area. However, travel requirements ment you were only home for maybe one week per month. Very little growth potential unless you were willing to move to Houston, or Shreveport.
