Cons
The company continues to adopt an old school mentality which limits creativity/innovation; the company promotes selectively which hinders growth/learning opportunities. In certain business units of the company, diversity has not been fully embraced and you will still find management at the director level who do not have a college degree, but yet, they have been with the company for 20+ years
