Pros

It is a job. You get a pay check. The pay check is on time.

Cons

A lot of experienced people have left for better places. All the work is being dumped on those who remain, s o they overwhelmed and are looking for jobs in other places too. The newly hired people do not know what they are doing and there is no one to train them. It is a sinking ship. Run away.

Great benefits, decent pay, and stabikity

Cons

No work flexibility! Management is old, which keeps the old ideas. We worked from home almost a year in a half and now you have to have special circumstance to wfh. They operate like it’s 1970. Nothing is automated. People are leaving by the boat load.
