good salary and benefits, stable, good people, flexable schedules, no overtime

Cons

not lead by example, very political, people are promoted because of number of years at the company not because of skill set, no incentive or appreciation shown to employees that work hard and employees that don't pull their weight are allow to do so while others have to pick up their slack

Good people, laid back environment, family-friendly workplace

Cons

No career planning. When asked about growth opportunities, the answer commonly given is that within 5 years 45% of the workforce will be of retirement age. I would prefer to be evaluated on my performance vs when people retire. There are also a lot of employees that do just what they need to get by. Putting in extra effort does not get you anywhere.

Cons

Too much, and stress. Management don't seem to care about employees. Understaffed by alot, and expects everything to run smoothly.
