Get ready to feel like you're on the most wanted list—you're under constant surveillance. They micromanage every second of your day, down to the minute. You can't even scratch your eye without getting a direct message from a lead, questioning your every move. It's like working in a never-ending fishbowl.

This company as a whole lacks so many things. First off, they take away our holidays, they also took away our bonuses. You would think that for such a big company we would at least get compensated for what we have to do. Back to back calls all day long, unrealistic metrics. Can’t even use the bathroom or taking a little break without getting in trouble. These people do not believe in your well being & they obviously only see us as machines. We are to be expected to take calls back to back all day & deal with some of the worst customers ever talking down on you & leadership will never have your back because it’s all about their precious members. Avoid this company at all costs if you care about your mental & emotional health.
