      One of the worst micromanagement positions ever

      Nothing good about working here

      Cons

      You have to let everyone know when you need to use restroom. Calls are listened too and your team leaders demeaning you for metrics that are unattainable. High turn around rate of people who quit and the pay sucks very bad.
