Pros

Working at CenterWell has been a rewarding experience. The pay is competitive, and the benefits package is solid, including health, dental, vision, and even 401(k) matching. I appreciated the structured onboarding process and the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that truly cares about patients.

Cons

One of the biggest challenges is the lack of organization across clinics. With so many locations operating under slightly different workflows, there’s often inconsistency in how policies are applied. Frequent changes in processes and leadership direction can also create confusion and make it hard to stay aligned. A more standardized system across sites would go a long way in improving day-to-day operations.

Pros

They have a good work/life balance in the analytics department. The analytics team is relatively lean and the folks you work with are very bright. There is a lot of room for advancement if you are a strong performer and there are lots of opportunities to add value to the org.

Cons

Most teams are SQL heavy and focus on some kind of reporting product, typically in Power BI. If you are looking for more technical work, you might not get it depending on what team you're on. Since we deal with PHI/PII, security is a strong concern and often we run into red tape when it comes to adopting technologies. Machines are, understandably, locked down.
