Pros

Decent amount of pay, but they do not pay you for any outside charting which amounts to many unpaid hours per week.

Cons

A lot of charting, you are often taking work home every day no matter what. Leadership is questionable and spam messages you at least 15 times a day. Not a lot of support offer to employees with very heavy schedules. Schedule changes occur often day of without warning.

Pros

Work/life balance is how you make it. Competitive pay, especially for clinicians a long time in their field. Staff/office communication is there, lots of present people; whereas I've seen other home health agencies where finding someone in the back office is nearly impossible. Main management is highly professional, though there are 1 or 2 others in the office who can be condescending and emotional at times, though I suspect every workplace has that. Still a great place to work.

Cons

All full time field employees should have a company car as additional incentive.
