      Pros

      Pay was okay, PTO was okay until you had to request approval, insurance was good for mental health you would need it working for this company

      Cons

      Weight Gain, "I dedicated three years of my life to this job, during which I received several pay increases. However, once they became aware of my college graduation, they began threatening to fire me. Additionally, I took short-term disability leave due to serious respiratory illnesses and near-fatal health issues. When I reapplied for reemployment three months later, my application was rejected, and I was declared unfit for work."

      Pros

      Meaningful work Great team/employees Pay is decent

      Cons

      Centerwell Home health- Duluth, GA The Branch director, Andrea Davis is a tyrant and very difficult to work with. Constantly bullying staff (makes comments behind peoples back about their weight, tells staff’s personal issues, comments on people clothes, shoes, overall look in a very demeaning and insulting way-such as calling staff “raggedy” She is very harsh and inappropriate the way she speaks to everyone. (Cursing, threatening) Several staff have complained and nothing is ever done. She is friends with her superior, which makes it impossible to express concerns/complaints without retaliation/ negative consequences. If she was not there the work environment would change dramatically.
