      Good company, bad management

      Pros

      Taking care of patients is the best part of HH. Overall, the branch staff is awesome, despite poor management from top.

      Cons

      Poor communication between director and clinicians unless it's too complain or intimidate.

      Great team but benefits are not so good

      Pros

      The team and office I work for is great. The office manager took a chance on hiring me because I had no health care experience at all. They've worked with me and taught me so much. This location has a great team dynamic and we all get along great. You couldn't ask for a better team to work with.

      Cons

      My biggest complaint is probably the health insurance. It is very expensive for a family of four and the company does not help with the cost. They do have a wellness program you can follow every year that lowers the cost. I still take a high deductible just to keep the cost down which means I still can't really see my doctor like I need to.
