      Organized with decent benefits as they are a national company

      Cons

      Kindred just switched to Home Care Home Base documentation system which is not at all user friendly and adds a lot of time to documenting.

      Massive amount of paperwork No compensation for travel between client homes If you spend 6 hours on an admission with paperwork you still just get paid a flat rate Will consume your life
