      Benefits are cool but could be alot better.

      Cons

      Don't see many people of my color(black/afro americans)alot of Caucasians and Asians; heard they don't really consider applicants that are my color especially if there male.

      Lots of people on your team

      Cons

      The people on your team don't want to work. Your performance is constantly reviewed. Lots of stress and gossip. The head person is a powermonger who hires friends from the past- who hires her friends from the past. A very political place to work - people don't care about the patients as much as they like their salaries and benefits. If you are friends with a higher-up, you don't need to do your job. Lots of brown nosing happens here
