      Great opportunity for advancement and new experience

      Cons

      Insurance is horrible, limited FSA. Prescription coverage is unreasonable. Training is very poor and expectation to be at full productivity in a short period is unrealistic

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Constantly required to work in excess of 9 to 10 hours daily, or fear losing your job. No raises in the last 13 years. Good employees are treated the same as the bad ones. Employees are disrespected and talked down to on a daily basis. Hostile work environment.
