Getting to help people stay in their homes Talking with new patients was nice and interesting Got to learn a lot of new skills such as payroll and billing

Cons

Turnover is ridiculous due to clinicians being overworked Sales team and director seem to care about meeting numbers more than what is actually possible Director would hire practically anyone and send them out to fail with little training

Revenue targets were attainable but branch was not allowed to hire additional staff to scale and keep pace with the revenue growth, which resulted in zero work/life balance.

Cons

Business model needs to be reviewed in order to effectively care for people on service.

Make your own hours , great coworkers

Cons

Up and down census, too many field nurses to patient case load ratio, pay per visit does not account for all the extra work you have to do at home (charting, scheduling), micromanaged way too much, weekly meeting that you do not get paid for. Charting policy constantly changed.
