      Pros

      The sale commission is uncapped, in which I am able to make any amount of sales per day.

      Cons

      Not everyday you are going to make more than 3 sales per day.

I also hear the reality that day-to-day results can swing, and we take the feedback on base pay and commission rates seriously as we evaluate how to keep the role competitive and fair.

      Pros

      The culture is awesome, the events are cool and the people are incredibly down-to-earth. Additionally, this is the type of company that rewards your hard work and long-term growth potential is present because of it. There is a good work-life balance with unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      There are a lot of intricate moving pieces and at times it can be confusing to see where you fit in the overall scheme of the business.

      Thank you for the review - I’m really glad the culture, events, and down-to-earth teams have made the experience a positive one, and that work-life balance and growth have felt real. I also hear the point about the business having a lot of moving pieces and it being hard at times to see where you fit, and we take that seriously as we work to make goals, ownership, and communication clearer so people have better line-of-sight to impact.

      Pros

      There are so many reasons why I love my job, but if a new-hire is reviewing this for validation, some of our top traits include: - Collaboration and support from teammates - Strong executive and leadership presence (they're very hands-on!) - Continuous learning opportunities to develop professionally and personally - Fantastic comp/benefits and extra incentives to keep the job rewarding - Endless culture events to keep things fun - Constant work on new projects and brainstorm new ideas to keep the company modern and fresh

      Cons

      No surprise here, but I can't think of any cons other than if you live in LA or Boston, they do require a hybrid schedule (no longer fully remote). Other than a little traffic to and from work, it's fun to work in-office.
