Pros

Besides the partners, and leadership, most of the people are decent, smart, and hard working. The office is clean and professional looking, sometimes not all the time. You get experience because the turnover is so bad.

Cons

It's quite possible that you will witness someone truly losing it there. Unless you enjoy that sort of thing, it's hard to believe that you would be happy at Centerfield. The leaders, are the main con and the cause of all the company's problems. Centerfield mocks and insults every person in the company (often using words Glassdoor would ban me for writing). They scream during meetings because nothing is ever good enough. This causes huge turnover and leads to ideas just sitting and gathering dust. Say good-bye to weekends and privacy, managers will hunt you, they will invade you with texts and emails, there is not such thing called after work hours or weekend.

Fine, but not great.

Pros

It's a "fun" start-up environment. The dog is adorable. Free food is nice, though I wish there were healthier options.

Cons

Please take a look at the dates of the previously submitted reviews. They were incentivized, a sign that this company is not as it appears. There are a lot of opportunities for growth, but definitely not for creative folks. Media buyers get commissions, tech folks are quieted when they try to modernize software, it's a revenue-driven scam company that sacrifices quality for quantity. Health benefits are abysmal and the recently initiated 401k is laughable. They match - thanks, centerfield - but with one of the most notoriously corrupt 401k companies out there. Executives are only out for themselves, despite the bonus structure that leaves workers with a false sense of self-importance. You make millions a year in gross profit - don't give me $500 a quarter "extra" to make up for the extremely low wages and then pat yourselves on the back.
