Pros

- Awesome perks/benefits including competitive health insurance, 401k match and other employee benefits - Collaborative team where you feel like your coworkers are like family - Management is generally open to hear our opinions and provide resolutions - Strong company culture, cool company-wide events - Little to no micromanagement - you are trusted to do your job but you also have enough support from upper management when you need it - Company is growing tremendously QoQ and YoY - Relatively low employee turn over

Cons

- Growth at Centerfield is fast and there are growing pains - While there is an unlimited PTO policy, it is very difficult to take time off given the fast-paced environment and hefty responsibilities. In general, there is never a time we can truly 'log-off'.

Thank you for the review - we’re glad the benefits, culture, and team support have made this a strong place to grow, and we appreciate you calling out the trust and low micromanagement. We also hear the perspective on scaling fast and the challenge of fully unplugging even with unlimited PTO, and we’ll keep that feedback in mind as we think about how teams can sustain the pace and still recharge.

Pros

Good place to get started as a developer (on the Front End team) Snacks PTO (though it's frowned upon to take trips of any significance)

Cons

Goals always changing, and no real project management structure Management is extremely reactionary Leadership positions given to those who appear busy rather than produce meaningful accomplishments.

Thank you for the review - we’re glad the Front End experience, small perks, and a solid place to get started as a developer came through as positives. We also appreciate you sharing your perspective on shifting goals, project clarity, and how leadership and planning can feel day to day, and we’ll keep that feedback in mind as we think about creating a more consistent development and execution experience.

The worst call center

Pros

None at all run the other way

Cons

You can hear executives and new HR people talking in the hallways about how the agents are crap instead of providing additional training. Very unprofessional and clueless about how to run a call center
