It was clear to me from the day I started at Centerfield in the LA office that it has very high expectations from its employees in both work product and work ethic. At its roots, Centerfield maintains a "start up" or entrepreneur style that asks a lot from its employees. We all work collaboratively, and I’ve noticed a lot less office politics at Centerfield than in prior Companies. There are a handful of people that the Centerfield culture does not mix well with, but for those that it does, will feel a sense of accomplishment and motivation coming to work every day at Centerfield. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities to learn, and problems to solve, which has attracted a lot of talented individuals that I personally learn from daily. The Company has experienced extremely fast growth over the past few years, and continues to grow, which has afforded Myself and many others strong career and personal growth opportunities within the organization. It is absolutely awesome that Centerfield has kept up with its commitment to it’s employees to maintain a creative and open culture through growth, and we just celebrated winning best place to work in Los Angeles – AGAIN. I look forward to what the future holds and Centerfield, and continue to pile up the wins!

Recent acquisitions have resulted in some restructuring, which has been difficult for some, and believe a lot of the negative reviews on this platform is from a lot of those individuals impacted.
