Pros

Great pay, tons of supervisors to help you when need help. The cafe downstairs is cheap and great food. No micromanaging. A lot of overtime. They give away TVs and trips. Good leaders. My coach is someone I can come to if I need help outside of work. Great guy. Thanks Rudy! Overall I enjoy coming to work. I learn something new everyday.

Cons

Wish they paid more in commissions. Systems tend to crash and we sit without making money waiting for calls sometimes.

Pros

Laid back environment. No pressure as long as your available to take Inbound calls. You'll make money because eveybody needs a phone. Get paid every week.

Cons

Sometimes it gets slow and they feed you customer service calls. But it balances out - cause when it gets super busy you can work overtime. Only 30 minute lunches. So bring lunch or eat it in the cafeteria downstairs! Those points for being late add up quick!

Great atmosphere to work in also has great compensation.

Some team leaders turn the friend/manager switch off and on too often.
