Pros

It's is great working for the company because the commission is good and you get to interact with different people everyday

Cons

The call skilling is a big problem for the company

Pros

You get paid weekly and schedule is generally consistent. Depending on your manager you will be able to have get through the day without the nuances of micromanagement that seems to be the culture.

Cons

Commission are inconsistent, in accurate and hard to track. Management treats you like a 3rd class citizen and criminal at best can't have anything at your desk including drink pen paper food or cell phone otherwise you may be terminated on the spot. Very high turn over.

Pros

Family Environment, Great Incentives (Just went on a cruise to the Bahamas!), Flexible Scheduling, Clean Facility and Great Location!

Cons

Growing Pains, company grew quite a bit over the past year or so and there are sometimes issues with payroll, but it's ALWAYS been fixed. Not being able to check my hours worked until payday is also annoying.
