      Pros

      There is a true "team" feeling here that sometimes leans towards a family feeling. The company has experienced excellent growth over the last year and has responded by pulling together some exceptionally talented people and has recently moved into a very attractive new office space. The President and other senior executives are in the office daily and are accessible and engaged. This promotes the team atmosphere and aids to a better sense of importance and value to the associates here. The future is bright here and encourage candidates to give us a look.

      Cons

      I would not call it a "con" but a challenge. We are growing and therefore always looking for new talent.

      Pros

      Growing company who empowers their employees to excel and advance. Approachable management who maintain and open door policy. Relaxed working environment conducive to communication and camaraderie.

      Cons

      With substantial growth comes a substantial influx of work. We have more work than we have employees, so we need qualified candidates to join the growing team.

      Start-Up Company With Room To Grow!

      Pros

      The company culture embodies that of a start-up mentality: the sky is the limit! Management is very open-minded and willing to listen. You are often encouraged to think outside the box and given the freedom to forge your own path to success. Additionally, the CEO knows everyone by name and takes the time to greet each person. Great company to work for, and lots of opportunity for growth and professional development.

      Cons

      Number of paid holidays (although they make up for it in other ways).
