Pros

No dress code, the individuals are very relaxed and casual. The owner and other executive staff will jump in and help, if needed.

Cons

It can be like working in a frat house, some can't find the line between relaxed fun atmosphere and crossing a line. No definitive policies, it's like they make it up as they go along.
