Constant Struggle

Pros

Hard to find. Everyone is overworked with very high standards. Upper management fires people doing the job but don't realize there are too many people telling very few what to do. Not a PRO but had to type something.

Cons

Constant rotation. New executives every 2-3 years. They keep saying industry is tight but all our money goes to big fat paychecks and to lenders.

Great company with a GREAT team-oriented culture. Managers and execs are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive in with the rest of the team. We are growing exponentially - ENDLESS opportunities for growth. No two days are alike; every day is something new, exciting, and challenging. Fun activities planned by HR to keep employees engaged.

Cons

Honestly, nothing... Love this place!
