Pros

Benefits. Lots of people steal recycle/scrap here. (Enough yearly to increase the payroll if the company was better about it) If you stay under the radar you can get away with slacking off and not having to work hard.

Cons

If you are a driven individual, you will be punished for preforming well and given more work to do, for no additional compensation. The structure of reporting needs entirely reworked. Management is way out of touch. They hire from outside. They do not promote from within. If you want a better job here, you have to leave and reapply. Employees are treated poorly. Management is unable to complete and support simple tasks and operations, which results in loss of work. Fraudulent reports are made on work situations HR will not investigate a report, but instead take managements report as truth and take action with no conversation.

expect you to work around the clock with no recognition, Management is lazy. Will let you go at a moments notice for no reason whatsoever, no trainining.
